CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin
Also called: CJC-1295/Ipamorelin · GH secretagogue stack
AnecdotalUnclear⚠ none in humans
The most common growth-hormone-secretagogue combination, run to raise the body's own GH release for recovery, body composition and sleep.
What's in the CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin stack
Why people combine them
This stack works because its two components raise growth hormone through different receptors. CJC-1295 is a GHRH analog acting on the growth-hormone-releasing-hormone pathway, while ipamorelin is a selective secretagogue acting on the ghrelin/GHSR pathway. Hitting both switches at once can produce a larger, more coordinated GH pulse than either alone — which is the whole reason they're paired rather than chosen between.
CJC-1295 + ipamorelin is the classic growth-hormone stack, and it’s a sensible pairing on paper: CJC-1295 works the GHRH pathway and ipamorelin works the separate ghrelin/GHSR pathway, so together they can produce a bigger, cleaner GH pulse than either on its own. People run it for recovery, body composition and sleep.
The honest framing is the same as everywhere else: the components have some early human data, but the combination as used in the community hasn’t been through controlled human outcome trials, so we grade the stack itself anecdotal. Of all the stacks here, this is the one where combining in a single syringe is common practice — noted below, with the mixing tool for the full picture.
What the evidence says
As a combination, the CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin stack has no controlled human trials behind it — the components are studied mostly on their own, and running them together is community practice, not a tested protocol. We grade the stack itself anecdotal.
Can these share a syringe?
Whether the components can be drawn into one injection is a separate, physical question from whether the stack is a good idea. Here's what's known for these pairs — and ourmixing-compatibility reference covers every pairing, with "insufficient data" wherever the research is genuinely silent.
CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin
Commonly combined in one syringe
A GHRH analog plus a GHRP-class secretagogue is the pairing most commonly co-administered, and community practice routinely draws them together. That is common practice, not an endorsement — see the mixing-compatibility tool.
Safety & regulatory notes
The individual peptides have early human pharmacokinetic data, but the combination as run in the community has no controlled human outcome trials. Both are research chemicals with vendor variation. Raising GH/IGF-1 is not consequence-free — water retention, joint discomfort and effects on insulin sensitivity are the commonly discussed considerations.
Both CJC-1295 and ipamorelin are research-use-only in the US — neither is FDA-approved — and growth-hormone secretagogues are prohibited at all times under the WADA list. Re-verify status after the July 2026 FDA advisory-committee outcome.
Preparing the components
Each component is a lyophilized powder that has to be reconstituted before use. Ourreconstitution & dosing calculatorturns vial size, water, and target dose into the exact insulin-syringe units to draw, and the cost-per-dose calculator shows what a full cycle runs.
